We collect information you provide directly: business name, trade, phone number, email address, and any details you share through our demo request form, ROI calculator, or booking system. We also collect usage data (pages visited, time on site, interaction events) via Google Analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to build custom demos, provide AI receptionist services, send performance reports, process bookings, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. AI Receptionist & Call Data
Our AI receptionist processes incoming calls to your business. Call transcripts, customer details (name, phone, issue type), and booking information are stored to provide the service and improve call handling. Call recordings are retained per your plan configuration.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics (G-JJJR333D07) to understand site usage. Google sets cookies that may include anonymized usage data. You can disable cookies in your browser. We do not use tracking pixels from social media platforms.
5. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on secured infrastructure in the United States. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We retain account data for the duration of your subscription and 90 days after cancellation unless you request deletion.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact [email protected] with requests. We respond within 30 days. Texas residents have additional rights under Texas data protection laws.
7. Third-Party Services
We use: Google Analytics (usage data), Tally (form submissions), Calendly (booking), and cloud infrastructure providers. Each has its own privacy policy. We share only data necessary to provide the service.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are for businesses, not individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor provided information, contact us for deletion.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
